Some long time AF peeps seem to outgrow MWO and others like you, Starty, Mr Tipps and Stirls ( prolly forgot someone ) stay and impart your wisdom for years looking after us relative newbies

The gym has me feckin' robbed. Need to check out other cheaper options next month.
Thanks for chatting - I was a bit dodgy there earlier but the witching hour has passed & feel safe to go home now without stopping for a bottle wine.
I did loves me glasses of wine when I was cooking - but NO - along with being a dipso wanting it every evening - it makes me FATI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Did I miss Mario leaving ? Is he gone for good ??Not sure. He said he would be taking a break. He may be back, maybe not. I always loved his posts, whether he was giving some sage advice to someone struggling or whether he was sitting in the barracks, talking to himself. Our Mr. Mario is defo one of a kind.

You know what, no matter where you are in your AF journey or almost AF journey, each and every one of us has something to share and a wee bit of advice to pass along. Each one of us has unique experiences that could help anyone, at any time. You, included.

satz123;1346254 wrote: Jacks - ye know I am on day 4 here of no wine when I go home before dinner - but I do not think I am at the NEVER AGAIN DRINKING stage yet.
How do I get there - will I ever get there - do I need to get there ?
I really think sometimes I need a major mess up & be mortified to get me to that stage.
I rarely drink so much that I'm drunk
Input from anyone taken
And I meant to say earlier that I expect your body fat has been replaced by muscle mass which takes up the same amount of space and weighs more so that's why there are no inches or pounds lost.

Troopers, I'm not ignoring those of you that I've not addressed personally, but I'm kinda short on time here. I've got to get up at 6 a.m. so I have to be in bed soon.
Wishing all of you....
Tomorrowz...For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.
