Liver feeding has almost done and now focused on rain feeding !!

    Hi friends,

I found eating of raw vegetables and fruits is a way to detox our liver simply. If you cant eat make it juice and drink plenty of it closing your eyes until your stomach is filled. You could take a couple of days off as you need to go toilet time to time and drink water and juices at least 5 litres a day.
I understand fruits and vegie helps to regain brain as well but it is not faster like liver so trying to find out the specific vegetables and fruits or food supplements for brain works. So if anyone has any idea please do not forget to give me clues.I am also on simple indoor exercise as well.
    Many thanks,
    Dix

      Hey Dix,

Soon after you post you should be able to edit on the bottom right hand side of your post but I have had issues with it in the past so that might not be helpful at all.

With regards to the liver and brain..I know that milk thistle aids the liver in processing toxins and such and in detox.
Of course fresh fruits and veggies are very helpful; I also hear that apple cider vinegar helps along the liver as well. I am not very sure about the brain though.
I think Omega-3's in general help brain function very well.
But you do have to be careful if you are on anti-depressants...as I have heard that some vitamins do not mix with them...ie. I used to be on anti-d's and I also took St. John's Wort. Not a good combination I have heard.

I am sure if you ask your Doc he may have more information.
Thanks for starting this thread! I am curious what others may suggest.

Congrats on your sober time too Dixon. Keep at it!
