Overall I am in good shape mental and physically, Got myself a personal trainer, 3 days a week with an intense training of 40 mins,Its something else i tell ya

Have a job so its Going good now, But crazy hours, mostly mid afternoons and lates. but no complaining about that.Still living for me holidays :H:H

Dodgy last night as it was my first outing on a weekend AF. Went to see Keith Barry in the Olympia. Jesus the stuff he does. HOW does he do it? ONEY - he was taking to dead people - honestly - unbelievable how he could know stuff.
