Off for a wee run myself and yes it does get easier but some days are better than others.
A good sports bra is worth its weight in gold except for Pandas with achilles problems when good shoes are essential.

Good morning Army!!

Good to see everyone in fine form. Just back from our morning walk with Freddo. Boy it's going to be a scorcher here today - the temperature is 31C right now and supposed to go to 37 by mid-afternoon. Me thinks it's a :beach: day. But not for too long. Don't want to get sunburned.

Mrs. A, sorry I missed your post last night about your daughter bringing her laundry all the way from Norway. Gee, I hope she decided to wash it before they left. I mean, it is all right to wash your clothes a day earlier than usual in the event that you'd be traveling on laundry day. Best of luck getting through the week. Remember, you come first and don't let them walk all over you. Enjoy the visit but try to make sure that others join in the daily chores so you have some time to spend with them and not take up all your time doing housework, etc.

Startypants - again, congrats on 4 years AF. A fantastic achievement. Bravo!!!
