im ddoing sets this morning and having a wee break on here in between sets, i tried a new exercise dance aerobics dvd this morning i lasted ten minutes it nearl killed me i will try again later on

Always see it as their problem when that happens, although easier for me my OH is an alkie and been sober for 3 and half years so he lurvs me not drinking
