Really good - as apparently we humans are devoid of all magnesium as the soil in western world is depleated from over production - makes total sense to me. And better still - it works.

hello all, swung by and read back (this has nothing to do with my wife being out for the night and me being lonely xD) seems part of the army is under a cloud so hoping that lasts a little less time than this wonderful weather we're having hugs to all, and if anybodys about, well I'm here til 10 (I now have a bed time routine, no more midnight lurking! Good Lord how much healthier my life has gotten in the last month, thats what time off will do for you xD)

evening guys and welcome back to inchy, just a quick drop in to say thanks for the congrats on me exam marks and the birthday wishes for mrs pinky, were having an early night as were going to light water valley tommorow for her birthday too, shes been so spoiled and her face lit up when i lit the candles and sang happy birthday to her , lol.
