Me too. I was a lurker here for a long time & she was one of the posters who drew me in! Last I read she was in school to become a counselor ta help folks who have addiction problems, I think. Maybe just real busy, we hope. Maybe some one has her addy?

I miss her too. I just looked up her last post, just giving her usual support May 27. It is always nice to hear that someone is moving on to other things, it would be nice to hear that from her.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

Me too...another lurker...I miss DoggyGirl, and also, where is Unwasted? Hope both are OK; both have helped me in the past...(along with many, many others...) FF

I asked this qu on the AF daily , the other day and someone ( I think it was Greeneyes) had been in touch with her (DG) and she is sober but has been going through a very difficult time recently as her Dad was ill and has just this last week passed away. She said she was very grateful for her sobriety at this difficult time. I miss her too, hope she is doing OK.

Don't know about Unwasted, hopefully she is OK and wil drop in soon. Another one I wonder about is BlondeAFAmbition who posted all the time in my first 3 AF months this year and has now disappeared.

I always worry when people who I've got to know on here and who have made a huge impression on me, suddenely disappear. I know people move on, and lead busy lives, but I still think of them.

            I feel the same way.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear about Doggygirl's dad...she has given a lot to so many of us here....

I know she would appreciate knowing that there is concern and support for her and her family in this sad time.

Thanks Sausage, it's good to know at least. I am sorry to hear about her father.

I loved to read BlondeAF's posts too when I first started. I hope she is ok too.
