    Great sober Sunday !!!

    I rearly get out from home today ..readout MWO posts or take a nice snap,read out news and literatures !!
    When wake up , enjoy meditation ..Its thrilling guy !

    A learned habit surely be unlearned !!

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

                      Butternut soup served for lunch. With some sourdough bread (which I did not bake myself). Processing the remainder of the ripe passoin fruit this arvo. Anything to avoid a nanna nap, I guess... Otherwise I won't sleep well tonight.

                      Weather still crap. 8C when I went shopping and still drizzling. Grateful, though - hundreds have been left homeless due to flooding in some parts of Cape Town.

                        Hiya Guys, light water valley was great yesterday, shat my pans on the ultimaqte, but loved it, mrs pinky woudn't go on again she said once was enough, we got soaked through on the falls of terror but loved it.

                                Power failure here. Used it as an excuse to bake pancakes on the little backup - a single burner on top of a smallish gas cannister.

                                Maybe only see you again tomorrow - don't want phone battery to cut out.
