Morning Tipps pinky and all to come. Very humid here again and rain is on the way. Grey skies tthis morning. I have a cold and sore throat seems a lot of folks have have it here. Going to call my gp later for appointment and my eyes are sore and runny and stuffy runny nose also feel crap dis morning. Didn't make AA last night as i fell asleep and had dinner late. Made it ti the library earlier and walked up and back in the heat. Going to se my counciler at 10am this morning as he was off last week. There is an Aldi nearby so i'll do a bi tof shopping in there. Well have a good tuesday going my coffee and have a shower.:cupajoe:

Morning Mario yep another muggy day but maybe the rain will clear the air. This humid weather gives me a headache and plays havoc with sinius i think mainly the problem but feels like a summer cold. Ahh well cud be worse i best get going laters.Comment
