i honestly forgot to take them fir a few days so called the Dr to see what to Do and after a chat write agreed not to take any more but i have to go see her next wk and also be honest if its not working

going out with someone from aa later

Good afternoon

Mama and Pingu good luck to both of you :l Hope your ok after yesterday Mama I'm one of the lucky ones I guess I've never experienced a panic attack, I get slight anxiety but its related to womans issues and I can handle it for now thank god, although the bread knife looks very inviting once a month :H

Molly I could sleep on a washing line at the moment, it happens every day at this time!!

Legs are now beginning to feel my own after Sunday
