How far do you have to drive Tips?
It is lovely getting up here in the morning to a quiet peaceful house.
I am so grateful that there is never a hangover involved these lovely summer mornings and I can just get on with life without that complication.

It's a 60km drive into Cape Town. Traffic volumes can reach crazy levels the closer one gets to the CBD. The freeway we use also happens to service the largest townships ("residential" areas with high-density housing and informal squatter shacks), hence the congestion.

Jesus - now I think back I was like that when I started on the glass wine. Living in one room while the whole house around me was a shambles about 10 years ago !! Thanks for reminding me Molls of how it started. I can pin point it now. It's a horrible invasion of 'your space'

ps don't worry about weight ( people will try to tell you that ) it doesn't mean you automatically gain weight - honestly.
I have struggled with my weight all my adult life but did not gain after quitting fags.
It was only when I went on the wine I gained weight
