Hiya Lads and Lasses. Having a lazy day nice run this morning got my hair washed etc. Waiting for Mr A's sister and neice to arrive then off for lunch.
Must go and get poshed up as we only see his sister every preston guild.
Molly I thought the smoking man was hilarious too.
Sorry about the car Satz I have done that too. It really upset me for weeks.

Anyhoo on the fags issue - when I decided to stop - it took me 12 months to build up to it. My sister did it. I would not be outdone
Plus I had the hacking daily cough my Dad had before he died.
It was a once off try - had never tried before - and it was either do it or not try again.

I read Allen Carr's book twice. Read up on all drugs etc available.
Took Zyban in the end as it worked for my sister - and when I was READY & ARMED and my head was in the right space - I went for it.

So work on the preparation first and then when the time is right you will know and you will go for it and succeed.:l

Just back from optician - have given up on the feckin' contacts after 5 weeks trying. Have 2 huge bloodshot eys and told myself life's too short to be poking at me eyes.

Instead ordered a pair of new frames - I'll be only MASSIVE !!! :H

Molls LOL at the 18year olds. Sure God love them - they haven't a clue. Cosseted by family. Often wonder what if all adults ( real ones ) were beamed up - what would happen to them ???

MB that is a tragic story- really sorry to have to deal with such sadness.
