    Doing everything meditatively and consciously is the way out ..

    I am now exercising to do everything meditatively and soberly.

    I have found tremendous difference doing things meditatively.

    Eating: I now just can eat healthy foods only .

    Think of activities while you are conscious and while you are intoxicated ...
    Cooking
    Gardening
    gathering
    Reading,
    Sleeping
    Studying
    Driving
    listening
    hearing
    etc etc...
    I bet you that if someone starts drinking Al meditatively,he would never use it again.

    If someone smoke consciously ,he would not probably smoke again.

    A learned habit surely be unlearned !!

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

    Oh,
    I regret now how horrible I was while having a love romance with my wife in AL period ? .Did she enjoy it ?? .Wow No !
    I was like a animal with no sense of humor and she was a sober human being ..Now I am sober , I found her away from me .... Shit !
    Nostalgic !!
