I was supposed to make rib-eye steak, but have ordered Thai for delivery instead. Decided to take it easy

Watching gymnastics here but appalled and confused as to why we are watching French and Japanese athletes when gb are in with a chance of a medal??

Unsure what to say to the dr tomorrow, if at all possible I do not want to go back on citalopram...

Do you know I've only ever had home made Thai food.

I shall put that down as my first treat after week one smoke free. Can't say nicotine free as I'm using the patches.

I want to watch the gymnastics but I am sick of seeing anyone but the British...

No sign of the rabbits but yes I was spending time out in the garden, helps me think but didnt help on sat night which is very disappointing and annoying. Back on the buckets of water and fresh lemon juice, early night in store too.
