Ah well there's the issue
I quit, 2wks ago, and the side effects have been vile. Either that or I'm just very run down.

Write it all down before you go to bed. You shouldn't have to go through this. Sounds like you need to taper down of the blessed pills rather than just an abrupt stop.

I had that chat with the dr last wk
We decided on stopping as I'd forgotten to take them for days so she said pointless to put them back into my system again
Also the non physical stuff starting to kick in, feeling useless, anxious, hopeless, nervy

Gah hate the bloody lot. Wish I coud get pissed and make it go away

But I CBa to get out of bed...so I'll pass on that one tonight
