Time to get back track?
Day 2 done working on day 3
thanks for the support and tips everyone.
Well made it through Day 2 AF now. Tonight will be tricky. I'll look ofver the tool box thread again.
One great thing about having an evening job is I never drink on those nights. The problem is it's only 3 days a week. So tonight I have off and have to rely on my own strength. It is cooler today so I thought I would make a rhubarb apple crisp in the oven with vanilla ice-cream. I know when I have food and especially sweet treats, the cravings get vaporized pretty quickly. Okay so treats aren't a good replacement, however, considering the exercise I do in a day it's the least of my worries - avoiding AL is what I need to do.
Past experience with me is hunger = AL cravings
Kill the hunger with good food = kill the cravings
Have a good AF day today everyone!
