    Time to get back track?

    Hi meech and welcome back,write down your cravings and take note the time of your witching hours and have something in place for that time, Glad your back and you know you can do this.

      Day 2 done working on day 3

      thanks for the support and tips everyone.

      Well made it through Day 2 AF now. Tonight will be tricky. I'll look ofver the tool box thread again.
      One great thing about having an evening job is I never drink on those nights. The problem is it's only 3 days a week. So tonight I have off and have to rely on my own strength. It is cooler today so I thought I would make a rhubarb apple crisp in the oven with vanilla ice-cream. I know when I have food and especially sweet treats, the cravings get vaporized pretty quickly. Okay so treats aren't a good replacement, however, considering the exercise I do in a day it's the least of my worries - avoiding AL is what I need to do.

      Past experience with me is hunger = AL cravings
      Kill the hunger with good food = kill the cravings
      Have a good AF day today everyone!
