Morning army dull start to the day and more rain to follow. Well jc on your first day off the fags and good luck at the docs today Pingu i hope you feel better soon. My sinius are playing uo this weather stuffy nose headache cough and tiredness. Getting ready to go to my counciling session soon and after do some shopping in aldi and lunchtime AA.
