Yes, though only a little bit as it is self cleaning.
I hate cleaning the mesh filters on my extractor fan. and climbing up and taking off the oily gungy glad wrap that I put along the top of my kitchen cupboards .
An oven cleaning business has recently started up where I live...
I hate that I rashly bought white carpet. We've moved the lounge forward a bit to hide the filth from where we put our feet. Only had it cleaned about 5 months aga.... for the 4th time since I got it 2 years ago. Silly me. A friend of mine who was an interior designer used to advise people to "get carpet that is vomit proof".

Mr Rags has just arrived home and presented me with these beautiful roses...

I replied... " Ummm, Ummm, because Tammy (the florist) gave them to you for nothing"

Then I said... "because you love me?"

Mr R. "Yes, but that's not the reason why..."

Then I said "Well, it's not my birthday..."

Then I said..."oh yes, it's your dads birthday tomorrow"
To which Mr Rags replied "now why I would give you flowers flowers for my fathers birthday is a mystery known only to the Gods"


"Wait, wait" I said...
"I know... "
By which stage I went bright red and very embarrassed.

"I had forgotten it is our TWENTY FIFTH wedding anniversary tomorrow!!

PS I tend to forget every year.....

I went on a hike this morning along the Verde River. There was no trail so we had to make our way carefully to the rivers edge. We did trespass on private property several times which I was very uncomfortable with. We crossed the river about a mile in. The water was freezing. On the return I did get my foot caught in river rock. I was able to free my foot from the shoe but lost one size 11 to the current. Annoyed, frustrated, but so very happy it wasn't a worst case senario, I flung my other shoe in the river. I hiked back out to a road with socks wrapped with tape and waited in the heat until my friends Marshall and Sara were able to come and picked me up in their jeep.

I think I'm going to take a safer course going forward. I intend to give up the hiking for a while and do more bike riding and spend more time in the pool doing laps. Heading out for lunch with Sara. Going to Jalapeno Inferno on Scottsdale Road in Phoenix.
