Mrs. T is poorly - the she-flu has struck. Other than that, all is well in Saffaland. Tagliatelle with a chicken & mushroom sauce on the menu. The last of the choccie mousse cake for afters.

Not badly, ta for arsking Pingu. can't believe I'm at day 3 smoke free. Luckily I've been at work for the last 2 days so been a bit busy.

Seeing the nurse and getting me hair done. So that's Thursday planned.
