      Evening all! (late afternoon here). JC - happy news about the cigs! Good for you. And I am right there with you - I can't watch Nigella no matter how wonderful the stuff she is cooking sounds. She just bugs the crap out of me. I am addicted to cooking shows but when she comes on I would rather watch paint dry than deal with her.

          Nigella was married tio a lovely man called John Diamond who wrote beautifully about his Cancer.
          He never wrote much about her though!

                TBH, the one episode I saw of Nigella was kind of weird. Nothing at all like the other cooking shows. Will watch a couple of more episodes tho' to be able to have a real opinion. I'm actually quite disappointed. There was a series called "Project Runway" which was about clothes designers, that aired previously and I loved it, seeing that I've sewn everything from a winter coat to a bathing suit for myself and others. And in place of that, we've got Nigella starting to cook something before she's taken her off her coat, with her purse still hanging off her shoulder. Because she absolutely needs some comfort food RIGHT NOW!!!
