The patches must be helping, not sure how though.

Mind you there's still moments I could wrestle someone to the ground for a quick puff on their ciggie. It's a real white knuckling 5 minutes but it does pass.

Morning all. I have been up since 2:30 am with a very ill 13 year old. Bad stomach bug. Will work from home and be on vomit/poop duty. Poor thing. She is miserable. Hoping it does not work its way around the house as we are planning a day trip to the beach on Friday before the eldest goes to college. Thinking happy thoughts...thinking happy thoughts.....oy.
