Thats good. Beautiful morning, no rain, yet but almost time to go and play with the traffic. I was thinking to myself how I am loving living in the countryside even more now I have to do the daily commute into an industrial estate on the edge of the city, depressing place tbh. Even going for a short walk at lunchtime is a bit blahh tbh. Ok best away, laters.

I know what you mean about the depressing industrial estates, KTAB. I have to work in a few from time to time-and it is pretty blah. Even worse during the winter.

Looks a sunny day Off for another long training run before i leave for Norway tomorrow night.
Been feeling out of sorts the last few days and to top it all had only a few hours sleep last night.
But hey ho I am sober.
