      Woohooooooooooo!!!

      The long weekend is here! We'll be kicking it off in leisurely style - popping a home-made chicken pie into the oven. One of Mrs. T's aunts made it for us. Kit Kats for afters - they were on sale at the local Spar for the equivalent of about €0.45. Yep, I'm turning into a real scrooge.

        Eveninks my dahlinks.

        Despite 83 patches, a YAY, thumbs up, smiley face and a good job from the nurse I want a ciggie. Day fecking 20 and it'd gets better. Har de fecking har.

        And I've had a headache.

        Please hold while I think of sumfing else to moan about................

          Just got word that they laid off 8 people at my company - two in my group. And this will not be the end of it. STILL THINKING HAPPY THOUGHTS STILL THINKING HAPPY THOUGHTS.....!

                  Evening army been dull and overcast here all day but no rain. Waggy so sorry to hear about the layoffs in your company i hope you keep your job. Seems the job situation is getting bad world wise. My neice and her bf have gone to Oz and the plan was to stay for a year but they finding it hard to get work despite going to interviews. Jc sending you strenth with the ciggies i'm sure its hard. I strugled a bit with al thoughts over the weekend but today i'm fine. Going to get more aa meetings over the weekend can't go tonight as i'm expecting some one to call.

                      Hello Troopers!!

                      Satz - great news about your lad. And Buttermilk is adorable. I remember when we first travelled to Greece, we came across young lambs like that all the time. They were just so cute the way they jumped around all the time.

                      JC - you don't really want a ciggie. Just keep telling yourself that. Have some choccie instead.

                      Waggie - hope the wee lass is better soon and that none of the rest of you get the bug. And sorry to hear about your co-workers. Keep thinking positive thoughts. No sense worrying about something that might not happen and that you really can't do anything about.

                      Pinky - glad to hear those bites are clearing up. I hate bites, especially itchy ones.

                      Tipster - who the heck starts a long weekend on a Wednesday? Hope you enjoy your days off and hope the weather cooperates.
