Well a big ya, boo, sucks to the press. It's been fecking marvellous.

Just have a look at the crowds at the marathon today. There must be noone at home down south.

I'm feeling grand today,just a wee bit anxious about the anaesthetic. But I think that's normal.

Going to iron me jammies later and have a big baking day. That'll keep me occupied.

I'm not going to stress about the cigs today, just going to keep it to a dull roar.

Have a personal trainer now, la de da Only have to go 3 times a week, absolutely brilliant and would recommend them to everyone.Biggest problems I have among many is my over eating lovely foods,its a shame :H

I've been out walking with my boys (son and dog)-really lovely weather here today. Going to go rainy by Tuesday so better enjoy it now. We're having a quick lunch and then heading out again.
I was so excited about the olympics too-but feel like I've almost missed the whole thing.:upset: At work all day and by the time I got home -too knackered to even watch. Maybe I can find some "highlights" on youtube or something?
