i like the person i am now, im kind, considerate with a good sense of humour (mind me big head) and becoming a better listener when i was binge drinking i was a right twat and a fucking embarrassment to myself and poor mrs pinky she put up with so much, ive said how can i make ammends to u .... she sat deep in thought 4 a bit and smiled and said just dont drink again, bless her shes a fecking diamond, i love her to bits, even though tonight she has done me head in lol, thats nowt i just ignore her..........ahh the course of true love, lol

In other news... I've been looking at different fat burning things. I've stopped jogging and started fast walking. Along with the weight training which is a doddle anyway. BUT... I'm reliably informed that I need to do a long slow burn to get rid if the lard...

if the weigh training is a doddle u prob need more reps or a higher weight, weight lifting should not be a doddle , should challenge ur muscles.........(listen to me , what a hypocrit, i havent done any for ages)
