Hi all, It has now been 1 month on the MWO program and my drinking is so curbed!! from 3 bottles of wine a night to 2 wine spritzers most evenings some evenings nothing at all. I appreciate everyone of you for sharing and bravery. This has helped me more than anything I have ever tried. I have a sister who needs this program. Please send me your best wishes on getting her started. Maybe an idea or two ;she lies about her drinking.On a happier note, Here's to month 2!! Continued success to all that have found it,for those who have not, keep searching it's there for you.

Thanks all, for the support. Derteminator. all I can tell you that really worked for me was the L- Glutamine 1500 mg 3x's a day. Plus a little trick I play with my self. I am very dtermined when I want to be so. I have to spritzers a night I have 2oz.of wine with 4oz of white grape juice. The glass looks full so I don't feel cheated. I can have up to 3 if I want which is the equivalent to 1 regular glass of wine. I also drink everything from a wine glass something about holding that glass. Security I guess. And lastly I replay in my mind all those times I have made an Ass out of myself when I drink. That stops me stone cold. I am a fiesty & loud drunk! So embarrassing
