General good mornings, yooooo hoooos and wavings today.

Taken me a month to log in,OK a bit of an exaggeration but at least half an hour. 'Puter running at snails pace.

Muchos better today. There's nothing like yer own bed for a good night's sleep.

What it is Regs - here anyway - is they now, when hiring - have to get a defined quota of Females/race/age etc
It's the whole thing gone the other way now - being the best for the job is no longer enough
