Me appetite still isn't huge but managed a few dark chocolate peppermint creams and some battered prawns and sweet & sour sauce at lunchtime.

Noooo it was one of those little prepared thingies from friggintesco.

There's evidence to say that many people put on weight after gallbladder surgery as they can now eat what they like without fear of a recurrence of gallstones.

Anyway (or should that be anyweigh) I go back to SW beginning on Sept to get back on track.

Home safe and sound, fed mum a bit - her friend is a useless cook. Now doing a load of washing - a bottle of cough syrup in her suitcase leaked :upset:

Jasmine was over the moon to see her again - jumping around while turning in circles and making little whiny noises.
