Hi all: I haven't posted in a long time ... but I know for sure I have to quit. I finally went and had a full physical with blood work. In terror, I'd been putting if off for years. My BP and blood sugar are dangerously high. Part of it is being overweight (also caused by AL) but it's also the booze. I'm 49, used to be thin and healthy and a runner. I kind of knew BP could be affected by alcohol, but surprised how much and that even blood sugar and cholesterol can be. Curious as to others' experiences. Thanks.
