Satz and Pinky I could be your coach. I even got my GP fit and got a running team/ fitness group at the doctors surgery. Satz you should drink loads of water 4 days backing up is not good

Just about to cross into the arctic circle strangely the temperature is 20 degrees!

We're going to cross the Scottish border tomorrow and I'll bet it'll be colder there thanthe Arctic Circle.

Not Neptune I should not think. We are on a ferry delivering stuff to out of the way places. So not like a proper cruise (I have never been on one though)

I've had quite a productive weekend with yard work and stuff. I've been having a right battle with the ants this year but I finally beat them into submission yesterday. I hate those things!

Just about to head up to Home Depot to get mulch. I finished planting the front yard over the weekend... yay!... now just need to mulch it.
