            I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

                        Hiya starty and all the rest of you Army people. Well done tips 3 years what an achievement Sailing along a lovely Fiord in the Arctic looks wonderful. People had sparkling wine at 7am to celebrate entering the Arctic circle. Even in my alkie days I would not drink at 7am!

                          hiya coaches: satz and Mrs A

                          Yesterday I did : 50 arnold presses and dumbell shoulder lifts
                          20 minutes of belly blaster cardio workout
                          1 minute of jumping jacks
                          60 plank ab moves
                          60 bicep curls
                          1 minute of jumping on the spot
                          1 minute of running with high knees
                          30 abdominal crunches

                          today I aim to do tricep exercises and biceps, and ten minutes of cardio and ten minutes of belly blaster cardio, and chest presses

                          Tommorrow is a rest day where i only do the belly blaster for 10 mins

                          i will let you know if i achieve it or not
