I must have been knackered last night - fast asleep before 9.00 pm. Mrs. T removed my specs for me at some stage.

It's Mum's b'day today - she's now 77. Just a year younger than Froglet claims to be. Next year they'll be the same age. Seeing that she's off visiting again, we'll have a bit of a celebration over the weekend.

Have a lovely day and remember: the weekend is around the corner!

Mrs A and Satz, yesterday i was at work so done a small amount of dancing on the wii before work and walked for an hour with a client.

this morning i have done 1o minutes of belly blaster cardio, aiming to do a lot more today, will fill you's in on what i do and what i skive, lol
