My daughter's been taller than me since she was about 10, mind you I am a short arse.

I got new boots last winter so I won't be getting any this year.

We're still battling the elements here... this is the slowest moving storm EVAH! Electric was in and out last night and its been a torrential downpour with high winds... and a couple of tornadoes thrown in for good measure. And flooding. I have one tree down and my front yard is a mess but, apart from that, no biggie. (The tree is a bougainvillea and it will live once I get it put back upright.)

It's strange the way it works... this little "blow" is a pain in the butt...

Spoke to Mama a little while ago and they have pretty much the same thing up there in Jax...

Well it's sounds bloody awful.

I gorra bit upset got the wind had snapped one of me sunflowers, I'd be beside meself if it got any worse.
