Dougie can't go a whole day without losing the plot... Eighteen pounds of bowling ball thundering around the gaff. It's a given that he's going to go nuts after being to the bathroom... the simple pleasures in life obviously tickle his fancy!

just done a shoulder weight lifting workout and had 3rd protein shake of the day and l glutamine, u know i am hardly hungry with these protein drinks and i only take them after i have done wieght training
