Hmmm....now what are your horticultural aspirations this Spring Froglette?

      Which seeds do you favour?

BTW I bought some perpetual spinach and it went off like a shot...

Bridge - I do minimal veggies because of water issues but MUST have tomatoes and herbs in pots. The rest of the joint is now on its own - I don't water anything that's in the ground. If it can't survive it wasn't meant to be there in the first place. Seems to be working

Waters a big problem here at the moment too, nothing for weeks, but obviously we'll hit the wet season soon and then it will be too much water....

Morning Tawny and Bridge and all to come!

            Morning all,

Perpetual spinach sounds like it lives up to it's name. Orf to get some, especially given my love for the stuff.

Should be a corker here. Have a beaut day everyone, and to all my friends in the cheap seats.......eat yer greens!

So ... once the fog eventually lifted and the sun appeared, the SOL also vanished. ***Poof*** just like that! Heaps was achieved involving chain saw and bow saw and mattock and trailer and barrow and secateurs and I've just come in, somewhat sore but very happy after a most satisfying mowing jobby. Mowing is a reward.
ANYTHING that involves a chainsaw is a good time!!!!! Also mattock and barrow and trailer. Yowsa, what a party!!!!

                Hiya Wally mate:welcome:

Yeah I'm going to be a lot more judicious this year too peeps. I spent a fair bit of time growing broccoli from seed over winter and then realised that I bloody hate the stuff

Flipping great storm clouds just blew over. We need the rain atm but crap timing.

Well come on Techno head...PM me your blog address...while I'm on a roll....

Yay Wally - come over and play. I'll even let you drive the mower! AND pull the trailer.

Looks like a ripper day coming up so after the concessional domestic jobby of hanging out the washing it's back out there among the growth. Bliss.

                  Have a great day, all.

Phew - that was a bit of a shock to the system. Hanging out cold wet washing in 4C is not the nicest thing to do but hey - it's sunny and we're expecting 19. Very happy with that.

Happs - I'm thinking those chooks will start laying in about end Jan/early Feb?

                            Heeeellllooo my peeps!!!!

Well, isn't it fantasmic to see everyone so happy on this happy Tuesday!! My son's 24th birthday today. Phew - I'm a boiler now for sure....

The morning was bright and clear and little Dharmsie loved her romp in the park. By the time I was on my way to the command desk clouds had rolled in.

I always know it's going to be a great day when Tawny is in fine form! Just love her to bits but keep it to yourself, she gacks at this sort of adoration.....

What could be better than seeing little darling Leon having a wee nap and baby chicks looking as cute as little chickies can be. I hope you all remember I am terrified of chooks, so when I don't goo and gah over your chooks you'll forgive me. Nasty little peckers they are.....well, my experience anyway.

One of my staff fills my office with all sorts of things from her lovely garden - all year long!! Today I have fresh mint, lavender, daisies and some other pretty flower. Heaven!!! It does make things hard though when I have to be a growler. Lovely, lovely woman but ........ needs to retire SOON!!!

So, as you were everyone! I'll get into it here and leave you alone, but before I go....

                            Salute to Mr G.

Spesh hugs to every single of you!!!

Here's a task for today - figure this out if you get a second. I had a dream, there were three turtles in it at different places I went. One was water skiing with a parachute attached..... There were cliffs and rocks and lots of water throughout the dream.

MWAH - have a yowsa (as FH says) kind of day!!
It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.
