Hotel is next to a largish monastery/temple. Went to afternoon chanting and did a little meditation for the boy on Mr G's thread.
Zillions of restaurants. Mr Rags can eat again as he can get Khmer food with no coriander.
Off to Angor Wat tomorrow.

We haven't heard from her since she complained about stomach pain, hoping the pills would fix it ... so I really hope she's ok.

Just light enough to see and it looks like a grey miserable day - not good for the footy heads. Today I buy a Four'n'twenty and watch the pre-match entertainment - which I know for certain will be better than last year's Meatloaf debacle ...

In the "not sleep mode" last night I was on here a bit and came across a rather dashing pic of Missy and Bridget - the feathered ones - doing some kind of a sprint challenge?? made me laugh...

time to let the little chicks out, big ones out at light a bit ago but its still got a bit of a chill at the moment and we lost little Raggsey the other day so I'm not taking any chances...

OK - here's my last thoughts on the horrible event of the week. And I so agree with Reggie that we absolutely must do something as a personal act of civil rejection of the ugliness that sometimes presents it self in our otherwise beautiful world!!

I followed this incident from day 1, as a regular listener to ABC774 where Jill worked. Things just got worse and worse. I started following it on social media sites where I saw some of the most disgusting, ugly thoughts posted by morons. It really did my head in.

I have to believe that this was a random, isolated incident and we should not bow down and live in fear. There's too much beauty at our fingertips.
