Patricia that sounds a good idea, i probs won't be online myself, but their will be someone or their will be plenty to read, and the tool box gives lots of tips.I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Patricia I did EXACTLY what you do at home time - into car, home & open bottle !
I picked one day July 2, 2012 & didn't do it - but you are way ahead already being on day 3 :goodjob:
Every time you think of the drive & the wine today - switch the thought immediately to something else - nice food maybe - don't dwell on it !

sounds good satz, ive been eating loads of crap and not lots of exercise as ive had a cold, but getting a bit better so slightly increased exerciseI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
