Gawd, when I bought my lappy I looked for what was on sale in the ads, checked the working memory and went straight out and bought the blighter. Was home with it within an hour...

I honestly think most laptops today will have everything you need Satz...

Where are you getting it? If they have a website Tipps or myself will take a look for you.

Didn't take me much more than an hour.

The lad was great. Told him what I wanted it for, how much I was willing to pay. Ackshully got it ?20 cheaper. Got it whittled down between 2 and what actually swung it was mine came with a red lid. Sorted.

Haven't read back at all - hope everyone is fine and has had/is having an enjoyable day.

Just got back from the centre of town. There is a celebration at the main church in town - it's called Mother Mary Queen of All. A rather odd name and the only Orthodox Greek church with that name. So the celebration consists of special church services, etc., etc. and they have a sort of "fair" with people setting up big tables with their wares on them - anything from roasted corn and fresh made donuts to underwear, purses, faux bijoux, ceramic ware, etc., etc. No sooner did we get to the first tables when there was this big commotion. There are a lot of African and Asian people who had set up tables to sell their goods and some members of the fecking Neo-Nazi party had come to town to drive them out. They started smashing the tables and the things on them, I don't know if they actually hit the people themselves. It was most upsetting. Luckily the police showed up and they moved on but they didn't leave - just went down to stand outside the church and act like innocent bystanders attending the church service. The NN members - about 30 all together - were all carrying Greek flags. But the flag poles weren't your average ones - about an inch thick - they were more like shovel handles or something bigger - at least 2 inches thick - just right for smashing tables and human heads. Needless to say, the incident scared a lot of people away, especially families with young children. Feckers.
