    It is a sober Sunday for me today. I have many sober days and Sundays now ... just really wanted to say well done to FallenAngel on her sobriety, love for life and that poignant post. Happy Sober Sunday All.

          Evening all .. I'm now back here,
          Tired and aching without a doubt
          but all those aches they disappear,
          Cos Im on the Sunday shout.

          I looked this morning ..you weren't there,

            2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

            Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

            2013 : So many ups and down !!

            2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.
