Crikey Expatty, I wouldn't know where to start.

I've given Mr JC the remote control (yes I know it's not his birthday) that'll keep him busy for the next 11 hours.

Well, the dad (the boyfriend has just telephoned!) to ask me to meet him for coffee at a little caf? next to the park. Maybe meeting up in neuteral areas is for the best.:H We'll see how it goes!

Tips ,My sciatica has returned but not the excruciating pain it was last week. It is like a toothache and is stopping me enjoying any exercise!
On the other hand my blood pressure is now normal and I do feel healthy again

Had to go and have a bit of a lie down this morning. Came over all light-headed and giddy then I wasn't half sick.

Several mugs of builder's brew seem to be doing the trick.

Mum is home. I was shocked to see her - she looks 10 years older than when she left. Very emotional as well. The airline was very good, though - the guy pushed the wheelchair all the way to the car so she didn't have to walk.
