Congratulations on the job. Of course you were going to get it. You could pick and choose i'd reckon. A bit of adjustment for Leon too i'm tipping. I hope you don't take on too many hours like you did in the last job mam.

We had Sea shepherd docked in Melbourne for awhile with tours of the boat too. What amazing work they do. Imagine the fuel bill!

I should start packing now, but will start this weekend.

You realise you'll have to take your litre packs of choc soy in a cold pack, don't you? You can strip the avocado tree and throw those in on top, otherwise you'll be paying $2.50 each on arrival.

Congrats on the job Sunny! What child-care plans do you have for the lovely Leon? And where are you going that he needs a passport for? Or is it just in case?

Speaking of which, my niece's baby is due on Monday. In Auckland. I'm feeling a bit impatient to meet her :-) Before she gets big enough to need a passport

Bridge - can you come and do my cleaning after you've finished with yours?? My bathroom really needs doing (I have one of those glass partitions that looks great if it is clean, but has a tendency to accumulate soap scum :H) and the outside of the windows could do with a good scrub.

When you have finished that, would you mind cleaning the inside of the drawers in the kitchen??

Mr G, I know how you feel about packing up. But make sure you take all the avocados with you!!! The logistics of sorting our stuff out here feels a bit overwhelming at the moment, as we decide what to take and what to leave behind. I'm inclined to sell up stuff or give it away and start afresh when we shift - except the cats! It may take some time to sort out, but we will apply for an export license (:H) for Betty and Wookie.

Basically I want to know if I can send money to them will post some out to me.
As you saw from the pics it's a small cottage industry.
I don't even know if there's an address on that packaging.

I'm sure there would be other people that also make it, it's just that I've never come across it before.

Yeah, I didn't notice that till I'd eaten half of it. I reckon it'll be OK as it has heaps of palm sugar in it. Sort of like jam, bung enough sugar in and it keeps for years.

The food was absolutely to die for. I really did put on 5 kilograms. Now I'm in the process of getting it off again before I go over to NZ in 4 weeks.
