SStarting to really get this picture Bridge. We had packed up the house for the carpet to be put down and have been enjoying living a much more uncluttered life. To be honest, all this detritus just makes me feel a bit sad and bereft. It's not all pointless stuff, but a lot of it is.
So far, the only things that have made it onto the "must take, cant do without" list are the bed, a small rimu book shelf that I have had ever since I can remember, and the cats

As far as the job goes it's full time, but I will work mostly weekends and late nights so Leon won't have to go for much child care. They seem pretty flexible and I am looking forward to it. I worked for Starbucks for eight years in California so should be pretty similar.
Leon is getting a passport so we can head to Hawaii and California in May. It will be here before we know it and I can't wait.
Since I've been home I have taken over 98% of domestic duties, including cooking. I even made home made wantons and dumplings for dinner. It doesn't feel very me, but there you have it.
I think the frog and techie would make a wonderful couple!

One of my nieces had her first pasport photo at 2 days oldd :H They were coming from Melbourne to have Xmas in NZ. She was supposed to be born early December, but as luck would have it, she was overdue :H Even a few weeks later she looked nothing like the photo in the passport Same niece is getting married in Melbourne on Australia Day 2013.
