Okie dokie. Get ready for the RATVAC amazing adventures...... it'll take a bit to sort and upload.... and I managed to delete a couple of hundred as I'd put them onto a slim drive but didn't disconnect it before deleting the originals from the hard drive...... so both got deleted... so I said to Mr Rags we'll have to go back again.
Which we may well do as we saw so little of Cambodia and the part of Vietnam we saw was not the most sceninc..


BTW does anyone remember that beaut Kaz Cooke cartoon from a very long time ago when Kaz is in an interview and says ..." I've got a Phd on patronising" and the interviewer says "that's nice dear..." I'd love to find that cartoon and put it on the Who is an academic thread...

Mr Rags said if you use the other Polident it is handy for sticking things together, such as the 3 part spear he bought in Mto wa Mbu in Tanzania which broke on the way home. (photo will follow in RAT).

I have snacks. Still hot. My first attempt at using a banneton - still a bit agricultural. I say we just rip bits off and dunk it into some excellent evoo and balsamic and chomp ...

Oooh and I'll slice some carrot and cucumber and dip them in the special sauce I wrangled from the chef at Chambay restaurant at Siem Rep and managed to get home in one piece. It's scrummy. Here, please have some.



What's a banneton? I have pics of U beaut little stoves but too diff to bring home.

Too hot to bake here Froglette....but....the decking is neary done...took a lot longer than Mr Happs thought....that would be screwing it down instead of using his nail gun though...

So, looks I'm starting near the end of the trip here here....
Here's the veggies and dip at Chambey restaurant, which is brilliant food right next door to Amok, also bloody great food.








And here's the bottle of sauce I bought from the chef and managed to get through AQIS no worries.





So, are we all settled fown? Ready for the (interminable) slide show? Be thankful I'm not showing you all 6,500 slides I took! Have started to go through and delete already. Want to get it down to 500.
Remember the good old days of film? I remember going to the UK for 3 months and coming back with only 12 rolls of film......
