Report on Raggsey Nuoc Cham....Raggsey why didnt you drink this, it would get rid of any flu!!! we had some last night on a salad and I'm just polishing off the remnants for lunch!!! I reckon garlic, chilli, fish sauce, sugar, lime and the green things that look sus would be some type of oniony thing, maybe garlic chives?? its YUM!!!!

HIya All,

Leon and I are still sick as. I cancelled a trial for a part time job today because I don't want to share my germs.
If my references check out I will have the starbucks role. They called me a few hours later to let me know.
Now to just figure out the logistics of it all.
Back to coughing/hacking away.

As I have so many I don't want to bore you tearless or overload the thread with me,me,me. Also had a little trouble with the bilk resizing . As I was using 3 cameras when I do the resize the pics get all jumbled as they sort by their number Grrr. Also trying to cut down to 150 or so pics. Like, how many pics of sunrise over Angor Wat do youse really want to see...

It's damned cold here too. Have to go into town for a bit, so will be back later.

If any Undies would like me to pop some piccies and a bit of extremely amatuer video in a cd, just let me know.

Those ingredients are pretty much what I thought. I was thinking the green stuff might be very finely chopped kaffir lime?
Now all I have to do is try to replicate it.
I sent some to another Undie Foodie yesty and awaiting the report with all eagerness.
I have about two tablespoons of it left. Will save it up and cook something with it on Sat.

Got that bottle at the Qld boat show couple of years ago... they were demonstrating a reverse osmosis water filter. Handy size little bottle eh? The water filter will set you back a cool $9,000 for the small size. (Goes with the small bottle). You ought to see how I packaged the other sauce sample!
