I know zactly what you mean. I'm an only child and all of my generation are female... I got raised with female cousins and I never knew my father... so we were all estrogen all the time. And it still shocks me how emotionally aware men actually are, and how their feelings can be just as hurt as ours.

I don't know that I can grow old enough to learn all the things I need to learn tbh...

The lodger is doing very well. I reckon I saw him empty the dishwasher yesterday!!! :H:H:H

They're not going to do a panel with the vitamin/supplement content. I reckon suck it and see. Start taking a balanced daily intake of supps and see if you feel better for it. I know I do. I feel like shit when I don't take my supps. My hair will even start to come out in the brush more...
