Just thought I'd drop in to say hi !!

I saw the post about the suicide this morning - I just couldn't believe it. I had to turn my computer off.

In fact, I'm still in shock. I know with Anna it wasn't all about the AL, but it just reminded me how demonic AL can be - it can take your life.

My heart goes out to her and her family.

I completely agree with you - I've been there myself. In fact, I'm having a bit of a crappy day (had an "incident" last night - see newbies nest where I've fessed up) myself.
