    SUPER SOBER SHOUT OUT SUNDAY 7TH OCT 2012

    It's after midnight in the UK so I can officially start the Sunday Sober Shout Out thread.

    It's that time of the week that we can give ourselves a pat on the back. Not too hard we don't want to get big headed just one of those moments we can feel chuffed to little mintballs.

    So who's in? A day, a week, a month, a year doesn't matter. This is your day so shout it LOUD and SHOUT it PROUD because you should be.

        I should be coming up on a year but today is 1 day. I will try and string some more together and see where it takes me. Man was I feeling sick for the past week from heavy drinking. Happy I finally got one in the bag.

                    Two solid months not continous but going down the right path.
                    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                          I am sober and loving it. No hangover this morning and it has been 16 months since my last drink.
                          I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                          Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                          Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                              Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

                              2013 : So many ups and down !!

                              2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.
