Healthwise - great! Thought I could go off and "mod" on my own. That worked nicely for a while, but gradually "things" crept back to their original level so - back to the drawing board! How are you? How's the (now not so new) job? And congratulations on the 5 months - thats GREAT!

The not so new job is still here.....we are having a stellar year profit wise, but they are about to toek me to death...

Evening army had rain here much of the afternoon byt think its stopped now. Been dull but mild all day. i went to an AA meeting at 10.30 and then on to another at 1pm. Long time since i did two meetings in a day.
