Fabby afternoon at work. Lots of research into Living Sober as it was so quiet. Thanks for starting the thread Molls.

Went to see the smoking cessation woman and I'm now blowing 2 on the carbon monoxide chart. I am now officially a non-smoker................. One moment while I give meself a :yay:
